One of the frustrations they had was how a lot of their internet transactions were mislabeled. We ended up updating our system and coded each transaction that were unique to their business model.
Internet companies many times have a hard time with what they can and cannot do from a tax standpoint. We linked them with one of our trusted CPA and they were able to come up with a plan that would make sense for their business when tax season came around. For the first time in 4 years, they had a refund.
